Executive Director
A founder member of Emet Consultancy Services, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the NGO sector. His expertise includes liaising with government bodies and implementing CSR projects, ensuring seamless coordination and effective execution. Abhay has played a pivotal role in fostering partnerships, driving sustainable development initiatives, and enhancing the impact of social development programs. Also a key contributor to the success of various community-focused projects.
Dhara Nagdiya
Associate (Knowledge Management)
A dedicated and accomplished educator and legal professional with over 12 years of experience in teaching and 4 years as an Assistant Lawyer in district and high courts. Passionate about student development, in English language education, grammar expertise, and handwriting improvement. Extensive experience in teaching CBSE, NIOS, and ICSE board students from Grades 7 to 12, both offline and online, catering to national and international students.
Piyush Ashokkumar
Sr Manager (Strategies & Documentation)
A consultant with Fiinovation, has extensive experience in project management, child rights, and public health. He has held roles such as District Coordinator for Kailash Satyarthi Children's Foundation, Program Manager for malnutrition programs, Director of a Community Learning Centre, and a team member at CHILDLINE India Foundation. Piyush holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Social Work, and an LLB.

With over 15 years of experience, Shrikant R. Rathod specializes in CSR project implementation, rural development, and livelihoods. He has a strong background in working with CSR partners, PPPs, and local donors to implement village models and support agri-businesses, SHGs, and FPOs. His skills include CSR liaison, advocacy, stakeholder training, and project sustainability. Shrikant holds an MBA in HR, a Master of Social Work, and a Diploma in Agriculture.
